Strength & Stability
Our Strength & Stability classes are designed to allow you to continue through life with greater strength, energy, and vitality!
These classes create a fun and energetic environment to increase mobility, stability, and maintain overall balance in the body's muscular system. Developing adequate strength and flexibility improves posture and decreases the risk of injury in other forms of physical activity. This class includes a variety of low-impact, full body movement, with seated modifications available as needed. All classes will challenge, cardio, balance, and coordination, utilizing a variety of tools including light handheld weights, resistance bands, and foam rollers.
